Bookings can be made by telephone on +44 (0)1624 816105, e-mail, directly from this web-site or by letter. A confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by post.
Any online availability information is for reference only. Bookings must be confirmed.

Upon receipt of your booking details and deposit a confirmation letter will be sent and the balance of the booking price will be due four weeks prior to arrival.
To cover any risk of cancellation costs it is strongly recommended to take out holiday insurance. Primrose Lodge will attempt to re-let the property if you cancel after making your final payment, but cannot guarantee to do so. Deposits are non-refundable.
The hirer undertakes to keep the premises and all the furniture, fixtures fittings and effect in or on the premises in the same state and condition as at the commencement of the hire, as well as leaving the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
We aim to provide high quality and clean accommodation for your stay and your co-operation is appreciated to keep it this way.
Any damages, breakages or losses are the responsibility of the hirer.
Baggage, personal belonging and their vehicles are at the risk of the hirer at all times. Mrs Quinn can accept no liability for any loss, damage, sickness or injury howsoever caused, which may be sustained during the holiday period to the hirer or any member of their party.
The letting period is from 2:30pm on the day of arrival to 10:30am on the day of departure. If you need to stay after 10:30am or make special arrangements because of your travel times, please let us know and we can try to be flexible.
Access is allowed for Mrs Quinn to enter the accommodation at any reasonable time.
The accommodation price includes linen and towels, electricity and heating but not beach towels.
Mrs Quinn reserves the right to terminate the accommodation agreement, with no refund if the level of behaviour is not acceptable.
